Syrian Petroleum Company Begins Repairs on Jbissa Gas Pipeline Damaged by Sabotage in Deir ez-Zor Countryside
Teams from the Syrian Petroleum Company have commenced maintenance and repair work on the Jbissa gas pipeline, which was damaged by an act of sabotage two days ago in the Al-Shoula area of the Deir ez-Zor countryside.
The repair operations involve replacing the damaged section of the pipeline—an 18-meter-long, 16-inch-diameter segment—in preparation for completing maintenance, restoring the line to service, and resuming gas transport operations.
These efforts are part of the company teams' work to rehabilitate the damaged pipeline and ensure the continuity of gas transport operations.
