As part of the activities at the Ministry of Energy’s pavilion at the Damascus International Fair, Eng. Abdul Rahman Haj Qaddour, Director of Energy Services Administration, participated in the Ministry’s discussion forum, delivering a detailed presentation on licensing procedures and quality control mechanisms.
